I have now tried first.
Here's my idea: The meat. Soak in water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce overnight. Place beef, with a liquid at 200 degrees F for several hours to super-soft. Then put it to dry in the dehydrator.
If low-temperature cooking for a long time, I'm actually planning to the supply of beef? My biggest concern is a lump of dirt and germs, which grow there, because to do so.
My friend thinks he is the king to make beef jerky and I believe it! :)
