You have no permits have yet to pepper spray. You can buy in order to buy or store that sells firearms or other weapons to protect themselves spy. I got mine for graduation (18) as a gift without any problems. (AZ)

However, a person in the use of deadly force is justified only if he or she reasonably believes force is necessary to prevent the imminent commission of a crime through violence.
Translation: You can not use deadly force to protect property. Can only be used, protectct of an imminent threat of a crime of violence (eg murder, kidnapping, etc ...)
